was born in Užice, Serbia, in 1933. He finished the “Nikola Tesla” Secondary School of Electrical Engineering, the radio communication branch, in Belgrade. He graduated from the Radio Communication Faculty of Zagreb University.

He has been researching the influence of electrosmog on human health since 1990.

At the 44th World Invention and Research Fair in Brussels in 1995, he won a gold medal for inventing the Electosmog Absorber.

In 1996, he won a Nikola Tesla medal for the same invention from the Association of Inventors and Authors of Technical Improvements, Belgrade, Serbia.

He lives and works in Belgrade, Serbia.
